Boarding
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
We offer pick-up and drop-off, so you don’t have to worry about transport
while handling other travel preparations.
Daily Care & Routine
Every pet is different, and we ensure their routine is maintained as closely
as possible, including:
- Regular feeding schedules with fresh food and water
- Cage / enclosure / tank cleaning to keep their space hygienic
- Handling and interaction (for rodents and birds that enjoy it)
- Quiet time for rest and relaxation
Food, Habitat & Comfort Items
To keep things familiar, we ask that you provide your pet’s usual food, any special dietary items and their own enclosure / cage / tank, as well as any toys or bedding to make them feel at home.
Enrichment & Social Time
For pets that enjoy interaction, we provide gentle handling, supervised out-of-cage time (if safe and appropriate), and mental stimulation through foraging, climbing structures, and interactive activities.
Keeping You Updated
We know how much you care about your pet, so we’ll send you regular updates, including photos and videos, to reassure you that they’re safe, happy, and well cared for.

Home Visits
Some small pets are most comfortable in their own home, and we provide professional home visits to ensure they receive the care and attention they need while you're away.
What’s Included in a Home Visit
Each visit is customised to your pet’s needs and includes:
- Feeding and fresh water
- Cleaning cages / tanks / enclosures
- Interaction and companionship (for pets that enjoy handling)
- Enrichment and playtime (as appropriate)
- Administering medication if required
- Basic home care (watering plants, bringing in mail, etc.)
Keeping You Updated
After each visit, we’ll send you an update with photos
and videos, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and
well cared for.
