These are just some of the red flags in the pet daycare industry. Having worked in several doggy daycares, we’ve unfortunately witnessed many of the industry’s bad practices—where profit is often prioritised over genuine care. Problems seem to go in circles, one leading to another, creating a system that fails dogs and their owners.
The truth is, no daycare is ever “too reputable and well-known to be bad for my dog.” Big businesses rely on this belief to maximise profit, often putting welfare second. As a result, they set poor industry standards that many smaller businesses follow, thinking they must compete the same way. In the end, it’s your pet who suffers—spending their days in an overcrowded, stressful environment where they are just another number. Overstimulated and exhausted, they can’t even tell you how their day really was.
We’re here to change that. We challenge these bad practices by doing the exact opposite.
With us, your pet isn’t just one of many — they’re part of our family
