Animals have always been a part of our lives. We grew up surrounded by pets—dogs, cats, parrots, rodents, and fish—so caring for them has always come naturally. But before we made it our profession, we built stable careers in hospitality and media production, working in management roles where we honed our leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. We were reliable, hardworking, and dedicated—but something was missing.
While volunteering at pet shelters in our free time, we realized where our true passion lay. We loved working with animals, understanding their behavior, and making a difference in their lives. That realisation pushed us to take a leap—not an easy one, but one we believed in. We left behind the security of our established careers, took everything we had learned, and stepped fully into the pet industry.
Years of hands-on experience taught us not just about the good in the industry, but also the bad—overcrowded daycares, excessive travel times, and a one-size-fits-all approach to pet care. We knew we could do better. That’s why we built Pet Oasis—a place where pets feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.
With strong work ethics, a commitment to transparency, and a deep love for what we do, we’ve created more than just a service—we’ve built a second home for pets. Alongside our own cats, Zou and Robi, we dedicate ourselves to making sure every pet in our care feels as loved and comfortable as they do in yours.
Because to us, this isn’t just a business. It’s personal.

After years working in an industry that prioritises profit over pets, we built Pet Oasis to do the opposite. We reject overcrowded playgroups, excessive transit times, and impersonal care. Here, your dog’s behaviour and needs shape their day—not a corporate schedule. We offer your pet calm, tailored care in a home-style environment. Small groups, activities adapted to their mood, and days focused on mental peace—not just physical play.
To redefine pet care by proving that quality isn’t about scale—it’s about attention. We’re creating a future where facilities feel like a second home, not an assembly line; where dogs aren’t “managed” but understood and every interaction honors their unique personality. We're here to make sure your dog leaves tired from fulfilment, not stress.
Stress-Free Foundations
Small groups with minimal travel to ensure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and observed.
Behaviour-Led Care
Your pet’s actions guide us. We adapt activities, rest, and interaction in real time—no rigid schedules.
Owner Collaboration
You know your pet best. We combine your insights with our experience to align training, routines, and care—keeping their world consistent.
Detailed Transparency
No vague “they had fun” updates. You’ll know how they spent their day, as we'll be in touch with daily photos and activities
Uncompromising Ethics
If it’s unfit for our own dog, it’s unfit for yours. No endless van rides. No forced interactions in overcrowded places. We’ve walked the industry’s shortcuts—we refuse to repeat them.
These are just some of the red flags in the pet daycare industry. Having worked in several doggy daycares, we’ve unfortunately witnessed many of the industry’s bad practices—where profit is often prioritised over genuine care. Problems seem to go in circles, one leading to another, creating a system that fails dogs and their owners.
The truth is, no daycare is ever “too reputable and well-known to be bad for my dog.” Big businesses rely on this belief to maximise profit, often putting welfare second. As a result, they set poor industry standards that many smaller businesses follow, thinking they must compete the same way. In the end, it’s your pet who suffers—spending their days in an overcrowded, stressful environment where they are just another number. Overstimulated and exhausted, they can’t even tell you how their day really was.
We’re here to change that. We challenge these bad practices by doing the exact opposite.
With us, your pet isn’t just one of many — they’re part of our family
What types of pets do you care for?
We understand that pets come in all shapes and sizes, and we’re passionate about caring for dogs, cats, and any other beloved animals. With personal experience as pet owners and a background in animal shelters and daycares, coupled with certifications in the field, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care tailored to your pet's unique needs. Reach out to us today, and let’s discuss how we can ensure your pet receives the love and attention they deserve.
What are your operating hours?
Our daycare services usually run from the first pick up at 8.30 to the last drop off at 16.30 Monday to Friday. We also offer extended hours for drop-offs and pick-ups by appointment. We only operate special requests or boarding on weekends.
How do I make a reservation for my pet?
You can reserve a spot for your pet by reaching out on WhatsApp, calling us, emailing, or booking online via our website.
How do I know if my pet is a good fit for daycare?
We assess your pet’s temperament before accepting them to ensure it’s the best fit. However, we take pride in tailoring everything to make sure they feel right at home. A trial day may be required to ensure your pet is comfortable in the daycare environment, interacts well with other animals, and allows us to gather feedback from you to shape the best experience for them.
What is your policy on vaccinations?
For the safety of all pets, we require that dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, as well as flea and worm treatments. Cats must be vaccinated against FVRCP and rabies. Proof of vaccinations must be provided before the first visit.
Can my pet bring food or medication?
Yes, you can bring your pet’s food, treats, and any necessary medication. Please ensure all items are clearly labelled with specific instructions, and we'll be happy to accommodate any of their needs.
What happens if my pet gets sick or injured?
If your pet becomes ill or injured while at daycare, we will contact you immediately. In the event that treatment is necessary, we will take your pet to a local vet. We always do our best to prevent such incidents and ensure your pet's safety and well-being. Additionally, we have our own insurance in place for such situations. We also recommend that you have pet insurance for added peace of mind.
Will you give food to my pet?
We provide treats and, for dogs, sometimes homemade dog food. If you prefer that we don’t feed your pet, just let us know. Please also inform us of any allergies your pet may have.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, our business is fully insured. You will receive proof of insurance when you register your pet with us.
What qualifications do you have?
Apart from the passion and love we invest in this, we hold a Level 3 Pet First Aid Certificate and have completed courses in dog behavior and dog nutrition.
Let us provide an enriching experience that your pet will love! Explore our services and see how we can cater to your beloved companion's needs.
